Job Summary: The professional will interact with users, respond to chats, and resolve issues in the IT department on marketplace platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Computer literacy and sales knowledge 2. Experience with marketplace websites (preferred) PREFERRED CANDIDATES ALREADY HAVE COMPUTER LITERACY AND SALES KNOWLEDGE, CAN RESPOND CHATS, AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MARKETPLACE WEBSITES SUCH AS MERCADO LIVRE, SHOPEE, AND OTHERS MUST BE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH USERS AND RESOLVE IT-RELATED ISSUES 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday; half-day on Saturday; Sunday and national holidays off Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Temporary Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: Up to R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Marketplace?
