Job Summary: The Financial Manager plans and manages the company's finances, controls cash flow and taxes, and prepares reports to support strategic decisions and ensure growth. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of managerial reports for decision-making The **Financial Manager** is responsible for promoting the organization, planning, and management of activities and processes directly impacting the company's finances; ensuring control over cash flow, costs, taxes, and debts; preparing managerial reports to support executive leadership in defining goals and strategies, thereby guaranteeing the organization’s sustainability and economic growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Promote the organization, monitoring, planning, and management of activities, workflows, and processes directly impacting the company's finances; * Plan and implement initiatives aimed at economic growth, based on data analysis and interpretation of financial statements; * Manage banking matters, including financial investments, available balances, cash flow, and working capital; * Prepare managerial reports providing executives with relevant financial information for strategic planning, decision-making, and goal setting; * Conduct profit, cost, and revenue forecasting and planning; * Oversee financial controls related to cash flow, costs, taxes, and debts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills (Technical Skills)** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management; * Prior experience in leadership roles within the finance area; * Experience managing finance teams and processes; * Proven track record in strategic planning and decision-making; * Cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management; * Budget preparation and monitoring; * Investment management and resource acquisition; * Knowledge of auditing, controller functions, and treasury operations; * Familiarity with accounting standards and tax legislation. **Soft Skills (Behavioral Skills)** Decision-making, focused attention, leadership, communication, discipline, emotional balance, customer focus, organization, proactivity, resilience, responsibility, teamwork, agility, commitment, availability, and collaboration. **What We Seek in Every Team Member: Work safely, be creative, collaborative, empathetic, share knowledge, and be sustainable.** **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** To care for your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance — your choice!
