We are looking for a **Production Superintendent** to join our Offshore Operations team. The mission is to ensure safe and efficient production operations through strategic supervision of processes, quality control of oil, and water disposal—guaranteeing compliance with operational parameters and contributing to production optimization and cost reduction.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Strategically lead offshore production operations by integrating multiple disciplines and operational units through the definition of goals, guidelines, and priorities aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring sustainable delivery of results with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
* Make critical decisions in complex and uncertain scenarios using advanced management tools, performance indicators, and risk analyses to ensure operational continuity, facility integrity, and optimization of productive resources.
* Influence organizational culture and the behavior of onboard technical leaders, promoting dissemination of excellence practices in QSMS, risk management, and loss prevention—with a focus on sustainability of results and appreciation of people.
* Serve as a technical and behavioral reference in audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement processes, ensuring corrective and preventive actions align with industry best practices in oil and gas and international standards for safe operations.
* Develop and strengthen leadership capabilities of teams under responsibility, promoting succession planning, knowledge management, and advancement of operational maturity—with focus on long-term results and innovation in production processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic background (degree if required or technical course);**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Production, Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering). A postgraduate degree or MBA in Operations, Project, or Business Management will be considered an advantage.
**Required qualifications/certifications (Offshore)**
* Mandatory technical training requirements are subject to the current Training Matrix.
