Monitoring physical progress of execution, performing critical analyses and deviation monitoring, and proposing corrective actions to ensure timely delivery. Acting as the interface between planning and production, facilitating periodic meetings with field teams, and integrating information from various project-related disciplines. Preparing managerial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management; evaluating third-party contract schedules; analyzing time-related claims; and ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and standards aligned with PMI best practices. Maintaining productivity, schedule, and lessons-learned databases, serving as the planning focal point for internal and external clients. **Detailed Description:** * Development of project schedules during the FEL phase. * Development of construction schedules, detailing execution time per construction phase. * Development and resource histogram estimation for construction. * Monitoring construction progress and schedule alignment, acting as the interface between planning and production departments. * Performing critical analysis of planning through control (planned vs. actual and trend), from a physical progress perspective. * Conducting periodic meetings with field teams to discuss schedule progress and other daily construction matters. * Proactively addressing issues that may hinder construction progress. * Preparing control reports identifying non-conformities and proposing corrective actions. * Defining and monitoring critical paths (Critical Path Method – CPM). * Monitoring deviations, proposing corrective actions, and reporting trends. * Integrating information across multiple disciplines: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, safety, etc. * Preparing managerial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. * Evaluating planning and scheduling of third-party contracts. * Analyzing time-impact claims, requests, and contract amendments. * Serving as the planning focal point for internal and external clients. * Ensuring adherence to planning methodologies, internal standards, and PMI best practices. * Developing and maintaining productivity, schedule, and lessons-learned databases. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Civil, Production, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Project analysis and interpretation skills; * Proficiency in planning software — Primavera P6; * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools; * Solid knowledge of PMI methodologies, PMBOK, WBS/EAP, and Earned Value Management (EVM). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge and experience with the FEL methodology; * Know-how in replanning and risk mitigation; * Know-how in large-scale construction or complex projects; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Duque de Caxias/RJ * Working Hours: 7:20 AM to 4:36 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass partnership Discounts and partnerships with numerous educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
