Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **About the Role** * Monitor, on-site, compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations governing activities performed by service provider companies. * Supervise and inspect geotechnical, topographic, and traffic survey activities on highway and railway construction projects. * Guide internal and third-party teams on the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), as well as on adopting safe work practices. * Identify hazards, record non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Support the management, control, and analysis of occupational health and safety documentation for field service integration processes. * Verify compliance of legal documents such as Occupational Health Certificates (ASO), Risk Analysis Assessments (APR), Work Permits (PT), PPE records, mandatory training certificates, and other regulatory requirements. * Prepare technical inspection, monitoring, and field incident reports. * Support incident and accident investigations, contributing to the definition of action plans. * Perform duties in accordance with current Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal SSMA guidelines. **What do we need from you** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Proven experience in field activities. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) with highway driving experience. * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for field activities and infrastructure construction projects. * Availability for frequent travel. **Desirable Requirements (Advantages):** * Prior experience in railway and/or highway projects and construction. * Experience in managing and analyzing occupational health and safety documentation. * Experience supervising third-party companies and service contracts. **What's in it for you?** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
