Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant with restaurant experience who demonstrates knowledge of vegetable cutting, hygiene practices, and interest in professional growth. Interest in professional growth in the kitchen We seek a kitchen assistant with at least 2 years of formal employment (CLT) experience in restaurants. - Knowledge of vegetable cutting - Cleaning and sanitizing preparation items and utensils - Stocking/labeling - Interest in professional growth in the kitchen - No unexcused absences; advance notice required if absence occurs Easy interpersonal skills, adherence to standards, and residence with convenient transportation access to Barra’s beginning point (Jardim Oceanico metro station) Only single fare card or metro only! Applicants must specify previous workplaces, have at least 2 years of formal employment (CLT), and indicate their residential neighborhood. Immediate start after a 2-day practical test.
