Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor training and development programs for our Beepers. * Identify training and development needs. * Support the implementation of talent engagement and retention strategies. * Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing results. * Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluations. * Create and produce content for internal communication channels. * Update the corporate communication calendar. * Organize events, both in-person and online. * Produce reports and monitor People-area KPIs. * Participate in various and amazing meetings, processes, and projects! **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology. * Experience developing educational programs, with preference for leadership teams. * Experience managing KPIs and processes. * **Beep Way**, meaning not only wearing the jersey and embracing challenges with energy and enthusiasm, but also being a good person, having a positive vibe, and smiling.
