Applying plastering, cladding, and general finishing A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Construction Mason professional in Rio de Janeiro (Downtown). A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in multiple Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Perform foundation activities on construction sites. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Prepare and organize the worksite, tools, and required materials. Assist in selecting and preparing appropriate materials (mortar, concrete, etc.). Execute foundations, footings, columns, walls, retaining walls, and other structures. Lay bricks, blocks, ceramics, and other cladding materials. Apply plastering, cladding, and general finishing. Verify plumb, level, and alignment of structures to ensure service quality and precision. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the worksite. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Construction Laborer, Carpenter, Plumber, or Construction Foreman may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
