We are looking for a Unit Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our company-owned clinics, guaranteeing beneficiary reception, team performance, and service delivery quality in healthcare. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Medical staffing and schedule management to ensure productivity * Implementing and monitoring clinical and administrative protocols. * Ensuring patient care quality and compliance with regulatory standards. * Managing resources and supplies required for clinic operations. * Resolving internal conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment. * Participating in strategic meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives. * Monitoring performance indicators and proposing corrective actions. * Performing system data entries * Controlling and organizing fiscal documents * Verifying invoices and organizing payment deadlines * Billing health insurance claim forms. * Managing inventory of administrative and clinical supplies. * Assisting in preparing administrative reports. * Processing physician reimbursements. * Supporting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree. * Postgraduate degree in Management and/or Healthcare Management is desirable. * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare sector. * Familiarity with hospital management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to interact effectively with the public. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical protocols. * Ability to make strategic decisions and manage multidisciplinary teams. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: R$42.00/ * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Total Pass (wellness and physical activity) * Discounts with educational institutions We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, dedicated to individuals over 45 years old seeking high-quality, affordable healthcare.
