Description

**Responsibilities:** * Drive supplier performance quality improvement by structuring and leading tasks, people, and resources to execute process and product improvement actions. * Measure and evaluate supplier performance to ensure results; respond based on outcomes and in alignment/synergy with affected departments. * Measure and evaluate the performance of your own activities and respond based on outcomes. * Monitor social climate within relevant teams and ensure motivational aspects for the team. * Facilitate internal communication by sharing information and results within the Procurement Quality department and related areas. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Systemic perspective and prevention-oriented mindset. * Motivational leadership profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Out-of-the-box thinking. **Software:** * Microsoft Office \- Advanced * PowerPoint \- Advanced * Excel \- Advanced **Experience:** * Solid expertise in Quality Tools (Core Tools): FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC. * Solid expertise in root cause analysis; formal training in MASP required. * Solid knowledge of IATF16949; internal auditor or lead auditor certification is desirable. * Knowledge and experience in processes such as casting, welding (MIG/MAG/resistance), forging, heat treatment, and assembly are desirable. * Extensive, proven professional experience in the quality field. **Education:** * Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering; **Languages:** * English \- Intermediate (Advanced level is considered a plus); * Spanish is considered a plus. **Work Location:** * NBA \- Resende, RJ; **Work Model:** * Hybrid (4x1\) **Business Travel:** * Willingness to travel occasionally within the sector as required.
