




Description: What do we expect from you? * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields; * Currently pursuing an MBA or postgraduate studies in Coaching, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Solid experience handling responsibilities related to Training, Development, Recruitment, and Selection; * Experience with Apprentice and Internship Programs; * Experience in the DHO (Human Development and Organization) area within industrial settings is desirable; * Experience in diversity and ESG-related topics is desirable; * Advantages: Knowledge of Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS); SAP and RM systems. What are your challenges? * Develop training materials, select appropriate delivery methods, deliver training, and monitor its effectiveness; * Conduct recruitment and selection for strategic positions within the unit and manage internal mobility; * Address internal client requests related to the company’s Human Talent needs; * Monitor continuous development of teams within assigned business areas; * Implement social initiatives under the company’s Volunteering Program; * Monitor and support Apprentice, Internship, and Diversity Programs within the unit; * Monitor and support Employee Development and Employee Experience Programs; * Execute Endomarketing campaigns and events within the unit; * Prepare monitoring reports on KPIs, following corporate standards and guidelines. 251213020220563877
