HR consulting firm seeks an HR Analyst professional in Rio de Janeiro (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** End-to-end management of recruitment and selection routines, interviews, sourcing administrative candidates, and HR administrative tasks—including payroll processing, social charges, vacation management, hiring, terminations, benefits administration, time tracking, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT, eSocial, etc.)—with a focus on organization, accuracy, and deadline adherence. Tasks relevant to the HR Analyst role. On-site work in Rio de Janeiro / RJ.
