Here, you will work in an innovative environment with activities that will contribute to your professional development. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Assist in managing various social media profiles, producing content about daily life, services, culture, and news from cities across Rio de Janeiro. * Support and follow up on topics defined by the coordination team, suggest new topics, and document relevant local events (e.g., community events, public services, stories of local individuals, etc.). Assist in building and updating reports in Excel and Power BI. * Assist in producing short, concise texts for captions, call-to-actions, and simple video scripts. * Record videos using your own smartphone, paying attention to framing, audio quality, and lighting. * Assist in basic video editing (e.g., cuts, title insertion, basic soundtracks) and creation of static/animated graphics for social media (using Canva or similar tools). Assist in organizing the sales pipeline and CRM. * Monitor post performance metrics (reach, engagement, comments) and compile audience feedback for the team. * Collaborate with the audience coordination, journalism, and design teams by participating in topic-planning meetings, alignment sessions, and reviews. * Publish content on social media platforms following the editorial calendar, editorial guidelines, and visual language guide of the project. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Radio and TV, Social Communication, Digital Media, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in social media platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite) and familiarity with formats such as feed posts, Reels, and Stories. * Foundational knowledge of web writing: clear, concise text adapted for captions and call-to-actions. * Basic image and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools). * Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support research, drafting texts, and generating script ideas. #### **Preferred qualifications (a plus):** * Experience producing podcasts, live streams, radio programs, videocasts, or independent audiovisual projects. * Basic understanding of social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, followers, CTR). * Participation in university projects or short courses in journalism, audiovisual production, storytelling, or digital media. #### **Employment type: Internship** #### **And regarding benefits, you can count on:** * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Additional partnerships offering discounts for you!!
