* Perform administrative tasks as directed by management, ensuring smooth departmental operations;
* Manage, organize, verify, archive, and forward documents; input data and documents into institutional systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
* Provide telephone and in-person administrative support to customers, family members, and internal/external stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to collect data, assist in scheduling, organize medical records, coordinate exams, and manage time banks and electronic timekeeping;
* Maintain departmental organization, information boards, and office supplies; guide and train new employees;
* Comply with institutional rules and regulations, and perform related duties as assigned by supervisors.
