Teamwork, proactivity, and good humor ERM is seeking a Junior Socio-Environmental Analyst to join our Socio-Environmental team at our Rio de Janeiro (RJ) office. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Geography, Social Sciences, Social Work, Economics or related fields; * Understanding of social projects; * Familiarity with community relations; * Familiarity with Environmental Education; * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; * Strong writing and written communication skills; * Proficiency in MS Office suite; * Fluency in English (written, primarily); * Willingness to conduct fieldwork.
