Job Summary: This trainee program offers full immersion in oil and gas operations, with rotations across multiple areas and hands-on experience on various platform types. Key Highlights: 1. We continuously leverage our team’s expertise to maximize production, transforming O\&G into value for Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** Over 18 months, you will experience full immersion in our operations, including well construction campaigns, and rotations across Operations, Subsea, Wells, Reservoir, Surface Facilities, and Maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to board FPSOs, fixed platforms, and floating platforms (TLWP) — the only one of its kind in Brazil! **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to become a Brava trainee? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) completed between 2023 and end of 2025; * 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in Oil and Gas; * Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English; * Willingness to work onsite in Rio de Janeiro and undertake offshore assignments; A strong desire to grow, flexibility, openness to new experiences, and enthusiasm for new challenges. * **Additional Information** **Starting Compensation:** BRL 11\.000, progressing up to BRL 15\.000 over the 18-month period. **Offshore Assignment Allowances** **Meal + Food Allowance:** BRL 2\.315,50 **Flexible Card:** BRL 570,00 **Christmas Basket:** BRL 1\.048,00 (once per year) **PLR (Variable Compensation):** Up to 4 salaries, with eligibility to participate in the Company’s Stock Incentive Program **Private Pension Plan** **Health and Dental Insurance** **Wellhub or TotalPass:** Choose whichever suits you best! **Transportation Allowance** **Life Insurance** **Interested in this challenge?
