This internship is intended for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and gain valuable, hands\-on experience in the tax functions within a dynamic and global offshore production environment. **About the Role** The Tax Intern will support the Tax Americas. This role provides an excellent platform to learn about corporate tax regulations, offshore industry\-specific tax considerations, and financial practices in a practical context. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and reviewing tax documentation and filings in accordance with Brazilian tax laws and international tax regulations. * Support the tax team in conducting research on tax legislation updates and their implications for the business. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance. * Help maintain tax records and organize documents for audits and internal reviews. * Contribute to internal tax analyses and reports that aid decision making and risk management. * Participate in continuous learning opportunities and training sessions about tax policies, offshore production finance, and corporate governance. **Who We Are Looking For** We are seeking candidates currently pursuing in Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field with an interest in tax matter. Ideal candidates available for 2 years of internship. **Essential Skills and Attributes** * Basic understanding of tax principles and accounting practices. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. * Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. * Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are highly desirable.
