We continuously apply our team’s expertise to maximize production, transforming oil and gas into value. \#JoinBrava! **Job Mission** Responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of mechanical systems and equipment at Papa Terra units through technical analyses, performance evaluations, specialized operational and maintenance support, and development of technical recommendations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide specialized technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams on matters related to mechanical discipline. * Evaluate performance and behavior of mechanical equipment, identifying deviations, degradation, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct root cause analyses and develop technical recommendations for failures of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, utility systems, and other mechanical equipment. * Issue technical recommendations for operational adjustments impacting performance, integrity, or efficiency of mechanical systems. * Perform technical evaluations of work requests, ensuring consistency among need, scope, and technical criteria. * Participate in onshore/offshore field activities for surveys, spot inspections, and technical supervision of critical interventions. * Serve as technical support during audits (ANP, Classification Societies, SMS), providing discipline-specific clarifications under the leadership of the Maintenance Coordinator. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Availability for travel and occasional offshore assignments; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** Check out some of our benefits: **Meal and Food Allowance:** R$2\.315,50 **Flexible Card:** R$570,00 **Christmas Basket:** R$ 1\.048,00 (once per year) **Private Pension Plan** **Health and Dental Insurance** **Wellhub or Totalpass**: whichever suits you best! **Transportation Voucher** **Life Insurance** **Childcare, School, or Nanny Assistance up to age 18** **Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave: Citizen Company** **Interested in this challenge?
