A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in multiple Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Perform foundation-related construction activities. Prepare, transport, and organize materials, tools, equipment, and components required for service execution. Assist masons, carpenters, and other professionals with daily tasks. Load and unload construction materials. Prepare mortars, grouts, and other materials as directed by the technical supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and waste. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and the working environment. Perform various support tasks to ensure smooth progress of construction activities. Previous experience as a Mason's Assistant, Civil Construction Assistant, Construction Equipment Operator, or Scaffolding Assembler may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
