Analyze projects, descriptive memoranda, and technical scopes to identify risks and opportunities. Perform quantity takeoffs and cost compositions for direct and indirect costs. Request and analyze quotations for materials, services, and equipment from suppliers. Support the development of physical-financial schedules and feasibility studies.
