




Summary: The Asset Project Engineer supports and executes Management of Change processes in asset development and oil & gas operations, ensuring safe, quality, and timely implementation. Highlights: 1. Lead Management of Change processes with project management best practices. 2. Oversee contractors and manage engineering interfaces across all MoC phases. 3. Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in field development. The Asset Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and executing Management of Change (MoC) processes in asset development and oil \& gas operations projects. This role will work in technical definition, planning, contractor follow‑up, regulatory compliance and multidisciplinary integration, ensuring that all changes are implemented safely, with quality and within cost and schedule. The position will also actively support engineering, HSE, quality, planning and shutdown activities. **Responsabilities:** * Participate in the Management of Change (MoC) process, applying Project Management best practices. * Prepare technical specifications and clearly define scopes of work. * Conduct RFQs, evaluate proposals and support transparent vendor selection. * Oversee contractors throughout all MoC phases and manage engineering interfaces. * Participate in HAZOP/HAZID sessions when required. * Follow up on fabrication activities in alignment with QA/QC teams. * Work closely with the Planning department, creating baselines, controlling activities and supporting as a Planner when needed. * Participate in planned shutdowns according to business needs. * Ensure vendor compliance with internal requirements and enforce proper reporting flows. * Monitor costs, schedules and quality; report deviations and develop recovery plans when necessary. * Propose continuous improvement actions for field development. * Ensure that facilities comply with regulatory requirements. * Interface with Procurement, HR, Project Management, Sustainability, Subsurface, Completions, Drilling, SURF and Operations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Valid CREA license. * PMP and/or PMI‑RMP certifications are preferred. **Experience:** * Minimum of 4\+ years of experience in the Oil \& Gas industry. * 2 years of offshore/FPSO experience. * Previous experience working for an Operator is highly desirable. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Project Management software are preferred. * Fluency in English and Portuguese.
