You will be the guardian of the digital experience, responsible for optimizing every pixel, interaction, and loading time to maximize results. This position is ideal for someone who not only analyzes data but also gets hands-on with code to implement changes. You will translate behavioral insights into tangible improvements, working at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology. **Challenges You Will Face:** Transforming a fast website into one that converts Reducing dependency on developers for CRO implementations Creating a continuous cycle of experimentation based on real user data Balancing technical performance with conversion experience Although this role is remote, we hold some in-person meetings; therefore, you must be based in **Rio de Janeiro**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Technical Optimization & Performance** Monitor and continuously improve site speed (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse) Implement technical SEO optimizations that directly impact visibility Ensure technical stability of the website ecosystem Conduct periodic performance audits and propose solutions **Experiments & A/B Testing** Design and execute A/B tests on critical elements: heroes, forms, CTAs, full flows Develop hypotheses based on analytics data and session recordings Implement tests using platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize Analyze results and scale learnings across the entire site **Building High-Impact Pages** Create and optimize landing pages for specific campaigns Develop product pages focused on conversion using Framer / Figma Implement blog improvements to capture qualified leads Ensure technical and experiential consistency across all pages **UX & Micro-optimizations (Interface Design)** Identify and implement micro-interactions that improve conversion Refine user journeys based on heatmaps and session recordings Optimize interface elements to reduce friction and increase engagement **Data Management & Tracking** Configure and maintain our analytics stack (GA4, PostHog, pixels) Configure campaigns on the site (GA) Ensure data collection quality and reliability Create dashboards for continuous KPI monitoring **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields Proficiency with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar) Experience with Google Analytics 4 and heatmap/session recording tools Understanding of web performance (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) Experience with Figma, Framer, and Webflow CRO experience with a technical component Data-driven and experimentation-oriented mindset Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and applied statistics
