Proficiency in video editing software and understanding of storytelling **ON-SITE POSITION IN BARRA DA TIJUCA - RJ** **Your Mission:** Edit videos to be published on Instagram, including value-driven content, lecture clips, talks, and podcasts, as well as creating conversion-focused creative assets. Your mission is to transform raw materials into engaging videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and aesthetics aligned with high-performing social media content. **About the Product and Company:** Escola Leal à Face is an education company focused on the healthcare market. We help entrepreneurs build high-performance clinics through training programs, courses, and mentorship. We also provide hands-on education for doctors seeking technical advancement. **Responsibilities:** * Edit videos for social media, with primary focus on Instagram (feed, reels, and stories); * Clip lectures, talks, and podcasts for content repurposing; * Create creative assets focused on engagement and conversion (VSL, teasers, etc.); * Perform image and audio processing in videos; * Organize editing files and materials; * Meet deadlines and maintain active communication with the marketing and content team. **Qualifications:** * Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar; * Knowledge of image editing and audio processing; * Prior experience editing videos for social media (portfolio will be a plus); * Ability to produce dynamic and engaging cuts; * Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual language tailored for VSL and authority videos; * Organization, responsibility regarding deadlines, and attention to detail.
