Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for executing surfacing, varnish application, anti-reflective coating, quality inspection, CTH, cutting, and marking processes in accordance with Hoya standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operating surfacing, varnish, and anti-reflective coating machines 2. Technical inspection and completion of checklists 3. Focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement Responsible for executing surfacing, varnish application, anti-reflective coating, quality inspection, CTH, cutting, and marking processes while adhering to Hoya quality standards. Operating surfacing machines; Operating varnish application machines; Operating anti-reflective coating machines; Operating technical inspection machines and processes; Operating cutting and marking machines; Performing lens inspection; Completing process checklists; Cleaning machines and the work area; Embracing Hoya's "Clear Values"; Committing to the elimination of unsafe conditions by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with established rules (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Quality), and becoming familiar with internal policies and procedures; Committing to the company's mission, values, policies, and objectives by complying with regulations, instructions, internal procedures, and the integrated management system, thereby ensuring quality, occupational safety, environmental protection, and preventive medicine, and contributing to personnel development, process optimization, sustainable development, and improved service to internal and external customers; Providing service and performing other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor; Following all company policies and procedures. **Education:** Minimum Requirement: Incomplete High School Desirable: Completed or currently pursuing a Technical course. **Experience:** Minimum Requirement: Not required Desirable: Prior experience in the role.
