Job Summary: Work as a Maintenance Assistant, conducting inspections and general preventive/corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, masonry, and painting. Supervision of third-party service providers **As a Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving instructions and work orders (Service Orders) from the Maintenance Supervisor; * Conducting inspections and performing general preventive/corrective building maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems) throughout the school premises; * Performing masonry, painting, and furniture relocation tasks; * Supervising third-party maintenance service providers when necessary; * Keeping the supervisor informed of completed services to record and close the Service Order in the institution's system. **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance **Required Qualifications:** Completed High School education; Experience in building maintenance. **Desirable Qualifications:** Technical courses related to the field; NR10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; NR35 – Standards for Work at Heights. **About the Company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people.
