Job Summary: The professional will create digital learning solutions and structure educational content, transforming technical information into engaging and pedagogical materials. Key Highlights: 1. Join us on this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do:** * Create digital learning solutions aimed at increasing engagement and learning outcomes. * Structure/develop educational content for online and in-person delivery: area presentations, scriptwriting for learning objects—videos, infographics, animations, game scripts. * Develop storyboards for online courses (EAD). * Serve as the primary contact for Unibeep stakeholders in developing educational solutions. * Transform complex technical content into accessible, enjoyable study materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * Experience creating and editing SCORM-compliant courses and videos. * Advanced knowledge and experience with Moodle. * Proficiency with authoring tools and e-learning platforms (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate, etc.). * Solid expertise in instructional development and learning management software: Adobe suite, Storyline programming, Articulate, SCORM, and HTML. * Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits for Beepers:** * Health and dental coverage for you and your dependents — Sulamérica plan; * Pharmacy Benefit: up to 40% discount on medications; * Meal package: VA/VR/Lunch daily + snack stations for a midday break; * Physical and mental wellness support: GymPass / Total Pass / Life Insurance; * Professional development: discounts at partner educational institutions; * Transportation allowance; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** Botafogo Brazil’s largest home healthcare company—every day, we bring technology and human care to people’s homes.
