Control and recording of daily activities ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures to ensure proper maintenance of organizational and cleanliness standards under the contract; Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timeline, adhering to established standards to ensure proper maintenance of organizational and cleanliness standards under the contract; Conduct sector inspections and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies, ensuring environmental preservation and continuous floor-level stock availability; Remove waste from departments and rooms according to established protocols, delivering them to temporary disposal areas; Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and supplementary information (when required) for activity tracking; Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and correct handling of materials and products, in compliance with company standards, hygiene guidelines, supervision by immediate superiors, and safety regulations; Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or bins, in accordance with established standards; Hand over organized materials (functional cart and bin) and DML to the next shift worker, following the protocol outlined in the POP (Standard Operating Procedure), ensuring continuity of service quality; Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, following occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer instructions, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and provided training. Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; Perform related tasks within one’s competencies, as requested by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. (In the absence of formal documentation proving educational level, the completed registration form attesting literacy shall prevail). DESIRABLE: Complete Elementary School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. DESIRABLE: 6 months (In the absence of documentary proof, experience recorded in the professional work card shall prevail).
