Participate in mandatory training and refresher courses **Job Description** An established language school in the education sector is hiring: **Position:** English Instructor **Number of Openings:** 1 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Plan lessons; Deliver classes in the target language strictly adhering to our proprietary methodology; Complete the daily lesson log and update the system with attendance and grades; Grade exams; Prioritize student loyalty and retention; Attend monthly team meetings; Participate in mandatory training and refresher courses provided by the franchisor. **Preferred Qualifications and Experience:** Fluency at C2 or C1 level, plus a Bachelor's degree in Portuguese/English Literature (preferred), or completion certificate from a Teacher's Course; Experience with the Communicative Approach and related techniques; Proficiency certification is a plus. **Work Mode:** In-person **Availability:** Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 8:45 PM; Saturdays – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Available for:** São Conrado / Rocinha Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$29.00 per hour Expected Weekly Hours: 9 hours Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Classroom experience (preferred) Work Location: In-person
