Identification of repair needs and supervision of construction works We are seeking a Building Technician to supervise, control, and execute maintenance, renovation, and minor construction activities in a school environment. The professional will be responsible for preserving physical facilities, promoting safety, quality, and proper functioning of spaces. Responsibilities: * Supervise and inspect building maintenance services (civil, electrical, and plumbing) * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities * Prepare budgets and material take-offs * Control construction and service schedules * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards * Liaise with suppliers and service providers * Prepare technical reports and maintenance records * Identify repair needs and propose structural improvements * Supervise minor construction works and renovations Requirements: * Completed technical course in Building Construction * Prior experience in building maintenance or construction * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems * Fundamental knowledge of safety regulations (NRs) What We Offer: * Transportation allowance * Meals at school (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) * Health insurance plan via voluntary enrollment with 30% co-payment Compensation: starting from R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
