Job Summary: The Building Maintenance Assistant performs general repairs and corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse tasks, including hydraulic and electrical repairs. **Position:** Building Maintenance Assistant The Building Maintenance Assistant performs general repairs and corrective and preventive maintenance services on building equipment and facilities. Their primary objective is to ensure everything operates perfectly and remains in optimal condition. Among the various daily tasks a building maintenance assistant may perform, we highlight: · Repairs and restoration of ceilings, floors, and tiles; · Repairs and maintenance of painting work, such as walls, gates, transport carts, etc.; · Carpentry and masonry maintenance; · Repair of leaks, infiltrations, and blockages in hydraulic, fluvial, or sewage systems, including replacement and repair of faucets, flush valves, sink traps, water dispenser filters, water pumps, etc.; · Cleaning of gutters, roofs, and water reservoirs; · Adjustment of doors and windows; · Surface waterproofing, sealing of cracks and joints; · Repairs and maintenance of electrical installations, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, lamps, fans, etc.; · Tree pruning and weed removal within company premises; · Installation or removal of objects, such as picture frames, shelves, fans, equipment, etc.; · Cleaning of air conditioner and air cooler filters. **Desired Education and Experience:** · Completed or ongoing high school education Preference for technical courses in relevant fields (electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, etc.) · Prior experience in hospitality, condominiums, or medium-sized companies is a plus · 2 years of documented CLT experience in this role. **Company:** E-commerce / Online store selling furniture and mattresses. **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, Penha. **Employment Type:** CLT **Weekly Work Schedule: 44 hours** - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Benefits:** * On-site Meal Plan; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Birth Allowance; * Funeral Assistance; * Transportation Voucher; * SESC Membership; * Discount on product purchases at Costa Rica store. **Salary: R$1.800,00 - R$1.950,00** Payment: R$1.800,00 - R$1.950,00 per month Work Location: On-site
