### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for visiting posts according to the defined route, verifying the presence, posture, uniform, and equipment of security guards, ensuring compliance with established operational standards. Also monitors work schedules, confirms staff attendance per shift, and arranges coverage in cases of absences or delays, making necessary adjustments according to operational needs. Among their responsibilities is delivering practical and rapid on-the-job training at the actual work site, focusing on correcting deficiencies and reinforcing security procedures. Additionally, they are responsible for completing operational checklists, reporting incidents and irregularities, and communicating any anomalies to the central command or management. Conducts inspections of equipment used by security guards—such as two-way radios, flashlights, CCTV systems, and alarm systems—to ensure all devices function properly and that personnel have the required PPE and materials for their duties. During incidents, the supervisor provides direct support to the team, responding to situations such as intrusions, thefts, or accidents, contacting competent authorities when necessary and documenting events clearly and accurately. Maintains frequent contact with site supervisors to assess client satisfaction regarding services delivered and relays feedback to management. Furthermore, conducts unannounced inspections to verify guard conduct, adherence to schedules, and correct execution of routines at posts. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Security Guard Training Course (mandatory). * Security Supervision Course (desirable). * Higher education in Private Security Management, Administration, or related fields (desirable). * Valid Security Guard Certification, updated per Federal Police Ordinance. * Driver's License: Category A/B (mandatory — supervisor may operate motorcycle or car). * Proven experience as a security guard. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader, inspector, or security supervisor. * Experience in operational patrols and customer service will be considered an advantage. * Route planning and control of post visits. * Supervision, leadership, and team engagement techniques. * Basic knowledge of asset protection and electronic security. * Proficiency in applications for time tracking, checklists, and report generation. * Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools. * Incident analysis and quick decision-making in adverse situations. * Leadership and professional demeanor. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Conflict resolution capability. * Organization, discipline, and commitment to schedules and routes. * Stress tolerance and adaptability to unforeseen events. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 37.85 per day * Transportation Voucher * 30% Hazard Pay * Night Shift Premium (if assigned to night shift) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Types:** CLT and Temporary
