Job Summary: Professional to provide user support, ensuring the quality of systems and infrastructure, as well as performing tests and user administration. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for system installation and configuration 2. Execution of tests and user administration 3. Monitoring and maintenance of system infrastructure User support services to ensure the quality of systems developed and deployed by the Management. Required Education: **Completed Bachelor's degree** in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics. Active registration with the relevant professional council. Responsibilities: Technical support for installation and configuration of systems under the Management’s responsibility, and database setup for courses and presentations on laptops or in meeting rooms; Execution of tests and user administration for systems under the Management’s responsibility across all EP units (user registration and profile modification); Handling and logging user requests for systems under the Management’s responsibility, and providing support for user inquiries regarding those systems from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (business days); Monthly generation of usage statistics for systems under the Management’s responsibility; Technical support for infrastructure of systems under the Management’s responsibility (monitoring and updating programs and data, disk issues, operating systems, backups, etc.); User administration for systems under the Management’s responsibility across all EP units (user registration and profile modification); On-demand migration of directional data from the Engineering database to the Geology database (both managed by BDIEP); Monitoring of infrastructure environments (Unix and web) and services of systems under the Management’s responsibility; Support for development of systems under the Management’s responsibility regarding software, hardware, and operating systems; Maintenance and improvements to infrastructure of systems under the Management’s responsibility (script and job development); Generation of system versions under the Management’s responsibility for testing, acceptance, and production; Other activities necessary for service execution.
