This professional will be responsible for leading technology projects, ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of adopted solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead corporate system implementation, upgrade, and integration processes. * Gather requirements from internal departments and propose business-aligned solutions. * Plan, execute, and monitor implementation schedules. * Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and technical validations. * Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals. * Train end users and ensure proper tool utilization. * Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements. * Serve as the focal point among suppliers, internal departments, and executive management. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree (Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields) * Proven experience in implementing various systems * Solid knowledge of integrations, APIs, and databases. * Technical leadership and project management capabilities. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication skills and ability to support internal stakeholders.
