Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Team Leadership and Cadence Definition:** * Lead a multidisciplinary team of 13 employees distributed across three areas (PMO, Regulatory Compliance, and Budgeting), with operational autonomy; * Maximize synergy among internal processes within your coordination, ensuring predictability and execution quality; * Serve as the governance focal point between DEIN and the Board of Directors and Executive Board in monthly portfolio routines and other executive forums. **PMO – Portfolio Governance for Innovation:** * Structure and manage portfolio rituals: prioritization, planning, review, financial and impact reporting, Prioritization Committee, and FUM schedule; * Manage adoption and evolve the Innovation Methodology with a product mindset (customer-centric focus to drive usage engagement and continuous improvement cycles). * Coordinate measurement of financial impact, top-of-funnel/triage, lessons learned, automation practices, and continuous process improvement applied to the innovation portfolio. * Coordinate the 360-degree portfolio view, providing consistent status and financial (CAPEX/OPEX) visibility, with monthly reports for the organization, ensuring methodological adherence and artifact quality for executive forums; **Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure fulfillment of R&D obligations: act to maximize alignment of initiatives with R&D funding (ANEEL or Gas), manage initiative/portfolio adherence to guarantee minimum achievement of regulatory criteria, conduct and report risk analysis and mitigation; * Coordinate ANEEL audits (planning and execution) and reporting management; * Interface with internal and external strategic stakeholders (ABRADEE and ABRATEE). **Budget, Administration, and Financial Health of the Directorate** * Manage OPEX: planning, control, and adjustments; * Planning, structuring, and coordination of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC); * Lead new contracts, payment management, and travel arrangements; * Manage the “Lei do Bem” (Law of Good) process. **Executive Alignment and Strategic Validation** * Resolve and organize tactical/operational matters with full autonomy, without requiring micromanagement; * Interact with Executive Directorates and partner areas (Regulatory, Finance, Legal, Commercial, IT) with an executive posture and clear narrative; * Translate operational context into strategic insights, anticipating risks and opportunities for DEIN. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in project management, innovation, or business are a plus; * Solid experience in PMO, portfolio management, or strategic consulting within regulated environments (energy, telecom, finance) or innovation; * Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams (project managers, regulatory analysts, finance and administrative analysts) is a relevant advantage; * Strong command of PMO and portfolio management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid models), with ability to design, consolidate, and operate executive rituals (prioritization, planning, review, and reporting). * Leadership in matrix environments and high capacity to define cadence for multidisciplinary teams. * Sharp executive communication (written and verbal), with fluency in interacting with the Board of Directors and Executive Board, and ability to align multiple involved areas. * Financial and budgetary management (OPEX, portfolio control, business cases). Knowledge of regulated environments (ANEEL, R&D, Lei do Bem) is a relevant advantage.
