Don’t hesitate—apply now. **Join us and become part of a team where every day is a delicious discovery!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and structure desserts for all group brands—from conception through technical and operational validation; * Serve as the dessert focal point within the R\&D team, ensuring alignment between brands and the department; * Collect, organize, and consolidate technical information, test results, product campaigns, and performance indicators—feeding dashboards and departmental databases; * Support Corporate R\&D Chefs in developing, reviewing, and standardizing operational materials—including technical specifications, operational manuals, presentations, and PAPs; * Structure, update, and maintain product training materials; * Create, organize, and maintain the R\&D onboarding program—ensuring continuous content updates; * Ensure organization, traceability, and reliability of technical and operational information within the department; * Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Training—facilitating interfaces and information flows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Gastronomy, or related fields; * Experience in gastronomic product development—with preference for dessert-focused experience; * Knowledge of production processes, recipe standardization, operational feasibility, and preparation of technical and operational materials; * Proficiency in data organization, performance indicators, and tracking tests and product results; * Basic knowledge of Excel, presentation tools, and dashboards—Power BI or similar tools are a plus; * Dynamic, proactive, organized, and analytical profile, with strong communication skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities; * Experience in franchising or corporate environments, training delivery, and familiarity with project or process management tools will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (R$3\.867,97\) \+ Transportation Allowance / Ticket Car (R$1.00 deduction\) \+ Meal/Voucher Allowance (R$35.20/day) \+ GymPass \+ Amil Health Insurance \+ Amil Dental Insurance \+ OMNI Pharmacy Benefit \+ Viva Psychology \+ Sesc Partnership \+ University Partnerships \+ Language Course Partnerships \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Career Development Path!
