Job Summary: Mid-level Process Analyst to map and redesign processes, analyze KPIs, standardize SOPs, prepare reports, and conduct compliance audits, supporting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Map and redesign end-to-end processes using BPMN notation. 2. Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for automation and process flow redesign. 3. Collaborate with technical and business areas to standardize procedures. Map end-to-end processes (AS\-IS and TO\-BE) using BPMN notation. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for automation or process flow redesign. Work directly with technical (Engineering/IT) and business areas to standardize operational procedures (SOPs). Prepare and present impact reports of changes to senior management. Conduct compliance audits and propose action plans for deviations. Support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Solid experience as a Mid-level Process Analyst. Proficiency in modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDCA. Systemic thinking and data analysis skills.
