Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring supplier deliverables comply with Petrobras Standard N-215 through documentary reviews, inspections, and technical validation. Key Highlights: 1. Will conduct manufacturing inspections at domestic and international suppliers. 2. Requires experience in inspection of industrial valves and mechanical equipment. 3. Requires proven knowledge of Petrobras Standard N-215. The professional will ensure that all supplier deliverables fully meet the requirements of Petrobras Standard N\-215 by performing documentary reviews, manufacturing inspections, on-site follow-up with manufacturers, and technical validation of all quality documentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and analyze ITP (Inspection and Test Plan); * Interpret and monitor MIP (Material Inspection Plan/Matrix); * Conduct manufacturing inspections at domestic and international suppliers; * Analyze and validate Data Books; * Verify raw material certificates (EN 10204 – 3\.1 and 3\.2\); * Check hydrostatic, pneumatic, functional, and performance test certificates; * Evaluate non-destructive testing certificates (LP, PM, UT, RT); * Validate painting, coating, and heat treatment certificates; * Verify calibration certificates of measuring instruments; * Perform visual and dimensional inspections; * Issue inspection reports; * Control and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs); * Validate equipment identification, preservation, and packaging; * Interpret drawings, technical specifications, data sheets, and Petrobras documentation; * Provide technical support to Commercial and Procurement areas. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Quality, or related fields; * Experience in manufacturing inspection of industrial valves and mechanical equipment; * Proven knowledge of Petrobras Standard N\-215; * Knowledge of ITP and MIP preparation and analysis; * Experience in technical documentation and Data Book analysis; * Knowledge of material and test certificate interpretation; * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Familiarity with applicable API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO standards for valves and piping; * Availability for travel and on-site inspections at supplier locations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supplying to Petrobras; * ABENDI certification; * Knowledge of Petrobras Standard N\-2941; * Experience with Accredited Inspection Bodies (AIBs); * Technical English for documentary analysis; * Knowledge of PMI (Positive Material Identification).
