Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring construction project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Support for management and decision-making **Position: Planning and Cost Engineer** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, control, and replan construction activities, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines * Monitor physical-financial performance, ensuring cost control and results tracking * Support construction project management with consolidated information for decision-making * Lead measurement processes and support contractual management **Activities:** * Develop and update short-, medium-, and long-term construction project plans * Develop and monitor the **Six Week Look Ahead**, ensuring integration with production fronts * Track physical progress of executed works * Update physical and financial progress curves * Calculate the project's economic performance (actual vs. budgeted) * Support identification of deviations and propose corrective actions * Prepare and consolidate monthly measurements with the client * Support economic-financial rebalancing and contractual revalidation processes * Interface with field teams, procurement, and finance departments **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering. * Experience in construction project planning and control * Proven experience in public works, including planning, contractual measurements, and physical-financial control * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and advanced Excel. * Must have convenient access to São Gonçalo - RJ Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
