




* Interpret the technical specification sheet and sew pilot pieces based on instructions from the pattern maker or stylist; * Perform complete assembly of the garment using various industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, binding, etc.); * Identify potential assembly difficulties, pattern-related issues, or suggestions for improvement in the sewing process; * Report fitting flaws, proportion inconsistencies, or finishing defects to the responsible departments (design, pattern making, or development); * Make assembly adjustments according to changes requested after fittings or reviews; Assist in recording technical observations to ensure final garments meet approved standards; * Ensure finishing quality, symmetry, correct application of trims, and proper drape of garments; * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace; Fulfill tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * High school diploma preferred; * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; * Organizational skills and proactivity. Benefits Transportation allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
