We are committed to understanding each stage of childhood and adolescence and provide personalized support to students. **Red Balloon \- English to soar high!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Control entry and exit of students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors; Reception and guidance of the public at the unit; Support in organizing and maintaining school facilities; Ensure safety and proper operation of the unit; Supervise service providers and deliveries; Assist in opening and closing the school; Daily inspection of facilities to identify maintenance needs; Support administrative staff with operational tasks; Organize common areas and support daily school routines; Monitor student flow during arrival and dismissal times. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary or high school education; Prior experience as a doorman, custodian, or in related roles is preferred; Strong communication skills and courteous public interaction; Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team; Availability to work during school operating hours; Basic knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep is considered a plus; Commitment to safety protocols and school routines. **We aim to expand every student's world by cultivating a passion for learning English.** For 55 years, we have dedicated ourselves to making the learning journey of children and teenagers unforgettable.
