Responsibilities: * Schedule consultations and procedures according to physician schedule availability. * Make proactive calls to communicate cancellations and reschedule appointments. * Ensure accurate completion and organization of schedules, adhering to internal guidelines and workflows. * Provide courteous, clear, and efficient telephone assistance to patients and staff. * Maintain up-to-date records of patient interactions in the system. * Collaborate with the team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient service workflows. Requirements for this position: * Completed high school education * Proven experience in scheduling consultations and procedures * Experience in customer service and sales will be considered an advantage * Basic computer skills (scheduling systems, spreadsheets) * Agility and attention to detail when entering information * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher: BRL 15.00 per business day * Transportation Voucher * AMEP Outpatient Health Plan * SESC benefits * Partnership with university networks Work Location: Freguesia Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
