Responsible for coordinating VH’s logistics operations at HCLOG RJ’s distribution center, ensuring the complete workflow of surgical scheduling, procedure confirmation, dispatch, route planning, and integration with pre-quotation and technical advisory teams. Acts to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellence in service delivery. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Coordinate and monitor consigned inventory processes, receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical materials; * Supervise surgical scheduling, procedure confirmation, and delivery logistics; * Manage a multidisciplinary team of 18 employees, promoting training sessions and periodic meetings; * Integrate logistics activities with pre-quotation and technical advisory departments; * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous process and cost improvements; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (RDC 665\) and quality standards required by clients; * Support billing processes, simple shipment, and post-surgical procedures, ensuring traceability and accurate invoicing; * Monitor records of negotiations, sales proposals, and customer complaints, ensuring timely updates and resolution. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Administration, or related fields); * Experience in logistics or administrative roles, including team management experience; * ERP systems, consigned inventory management, hospital logistics processes, health regulations. **LEARNING ABOUT VITÓRIA HOSPITALAR’S CULTURE** Vitória Hospitalar maintains a conservative culture grounded in ethics, excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
