Job Summary: Responsible for providing IT technical support in infrastructure and systems across all computerized departments of the institution. Key Highlights: 1. Software installation and updates Serves as the first point of contact between internal customers and the IT department, supporting internal customers by delivering IT technical support in infrastructure and systems to all computerized departments of the institution.
