Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Agent with hospital experience to join a team that transforms lives by delivering patient support and medical record organization. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Customer Service Agent with hospital experience to join our team that places life at the center every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person and telephone support to medical office clients (patients and physicians); * Schedule and confirm appointments and/or examinations; * Request authorizations for appointments and/or examinations from health insurance providers; * Complete referral forms; * Organize medical records; * 12x36 shift or daily shift **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education (Mandatory); * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in administrative fields is a plus; * Prior experience in the hospital sector; * MV system proficiency; **Additional Information** Benefits: On-site meals Transportation allowance Partnership agreements with educational institutions.
