Job Summary:
A professional responsible for managing quotations, monitoring deliveries, ensuring receipt verification and storage of OPME materials, and maintaining inventory control and records.

* Adhere to ACSC standards and policies when conducting negotiations;
* Conduct OPME quotations under optimal pricing conditions to avoid financial losses for ACSC, maintaining online performance records in the departmental directory, following each operator's rules and ACSC's commercial negotiation guidelines;
* Monitor and follow up on delivery of materials requested for elective surgeries;
* Ensure verification of received items and resolve potential discrepancies with suppliers;
* Perform proper storage by identifying materials;
* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and identification of inventory;
* Maintain custody and organization of documents related to material movement operations for surgeries;
* Monitor and record ambient temperature and humidity daily;
* Control product expiration dates and ANVISA registration records as directed by leadership;
* Prevent improper OPME system movements; identify corrections if they occur and report to leadership;
* Dispatch OPME to surgeries upon patient consumption deduction in the system from inventory, and with appropriate identification for elective cases;
* Ensure all OPME consumption is recorded in the patient's operating room expense;
* Process returns of unused materials from patient consumption, as well as supplier returns, via system registration where applicable;
* Maintain accurate inventory control through correct system transactions and timely replenishment;
* Receive suppliers for consigned material inventory counts, replacement material reception, and resolution of billing issues;
* Report supplier-related issues to leadership;
* Conduct rotating inventory counts, record discrepancies, seek resolutions, and report to leadership;
* Request product registration via service desk and ensure all products are correctly identified;
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
