Job Summary: Support professional for table setup, organization, and restocking; assisting with food and beverage service while maintaining dining area cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of hygiene and organization in support areas **Main Responsibilities** * Assist waiters with table setup, organization, and restocking to ensure tables are always ready to receive customers; * Support food and beverage service, adhering to the restaurant's established presentation standards; * Collect used plates, cutlery, and utensils, keeping the dining area clean, organized, and continuously operational; * Restock china, glasses, napkins, and other dining room supplies as needed; * Maintain hygiene and organization in support areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations; * Assist in transporting dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and support waiters during peak hours; * Demonstrate attention to detail, proactivity, and willingness to support the team whenever necessary. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a busser, waiter assistant, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory; * Agility, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn; * Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * On-site meals + transportation allowance (VT). * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Medical assistance (AMIL – payroll deduction until completion of 1 year) * Dental assistance (AMIL – payroll deduction until completion of 1 year) * Life insurance and funeral plan (available after 1 year) * Additional benefits Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.300,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
