We are seeking a professional with a keen eye for content, field agility, and editing proficiency. You will be responsible for visiting clients, capturing authentic content, and delivering polished videos with rhythm, visual identity, and purpose. Clients span diverse industries and locations across Rio de Janeiro, each with specific audiovisual language—requiring quick adaptation. Requirements: Proficiency in framing, natural and basic artificial lighting, and other photography techniques. Smartphone recording with focus, exposure, and stabilization control. Personal equipment (smartphone, stabilizer, light, microphone, tripod, etc.). Ability to capture swiftly in real-world environments without studio support. Mobile editing (CapCut preferred / InShot / VN). Editing Reels, TikTok, and Stories with rhythm, hard cuts, and animated captions. Application of client’s visual identity: fonts, colors, and templates. Mastery of aspect ratios: 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9\. Storytelling for short video: hook, development, and CTA. Experience with behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, products, and events. Heavy user of Instagram and TikTok. Desirable: Professional camera and lenses. Experience filming weddings. Basic knowledge of Premiere or DaVinci editing. Portfolio featuring content across multiple industries. Knowledge of video SEO.
