Pedagogical and administrative management of classes **Description:** **Job Description:** CIEE Rio is looking for professionals in the field of education and related areas who are interested in working with groups of young apprentices and are available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Temporary Contract – 30 business days **Responsibilities:** Responsible for conducting meetings with young apprentices aged 14 to 24, delivering workshops to develop their soft skills, aiming to prepare them for the job market; planning workshops according to required competencies and skills; applying group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies; managing classes both pedagogically and administratively; updating attendance records, completing registration forms, evaluating competencies, and monitoring classes; organizing and maintaining physical class folders; communicating with companies employing the apprentices via telephone and email. **Requirements:** Prior experience in the field of education is a plus. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
