Opportunity to work in a team We are hiring a Production Assistant to work in our industrial kitchen specialized in cake production. We seek committed, organized individuals with a positive attitude toward teamwork, assisting in all stages of product preparation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and toppings according to recipes; * Assemble and decorate cakes according to company standards; * Weigh and separate ingredients; * Package and label finished products; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; * Follow good food handling practices and food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in kitchens, bakeries, or confectioneries is desirable (not mandatory); * Attention to detail, agility, and commitment to quality and hygiene; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in cake, pie, or dessert production; * Certification in good food handling practices. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance (after probation period); * Basic food basket (after probation period).
