Passion for gastronomy and growth with an expanding restaurant **Pizzaiolo** Deseo Beach Restaurant is looking for a Pizzaiolo to join our team during this new phase of the project. We are building a new seaside restaurant concept, focused on quality, events, and a differentiated experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and bake pizzas according to the restaurant's quality standards; * Perform ingredient preparation and organization (mise en place); * Ensure pizza quality, presentation, and standardization; * Maintain workstation organization, cleanliness, and hygiene; * Monitor proper use of supplies to prevent waste; * Collaborate with the kitchen team during service and events; * Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices. **Requirements:** * Experience as a pizzaiolo; * Knowledge of dough preparation and pizza assembly; * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Commitment and punctuality; * Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Italian or Neapolitan pizza; * Experience with delivery operations; **We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Tips; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; If you are passionate about gastronomy, enjoy working with quality, and want to grow alongside an expanding restaurant, we look forward to your application!
